Dacade is a peer-learning platform that specializes in blockchain developer training since 2017. Over 20,000 developers have engaged in the courses, built over 2,500 unique projects, and provided technical feedback more than 6,500 times – all incentivized with token rewards and reputation.

Restructured the learning path to align with the business goal, prioritising Challenges and building projects as the main path. Previously, users had to navigate the community page, select a course, and complete several steps before discovering the rewarded challenge. Now, they can immediately jump into the challenge, with easy access to learning resources if needed.
Audited existing elements in 100+ screens consisting of varied font sizes, colors, and spacing to improve the design and build a more robust design system to streamline workflow and create visual consistency. Additionally created tokenised properties, styles, and components, under existing design language expanding the current design system to adapt to new features and product needs.
The UX flow for Dacade.org’s team challenge smoothly guides users through forming and submitting teams. Users first receive clear prompts directing them to Discord’s dedicated `#teams` channel to connect with teammates. Team leaders then enter chosen members' usernames on Dacade, automatically triggering team invitations. Submission activates only after all members confirm participation, enabling the leader to submit a challenge code that links directly to all team profiles. This structured yet flexible process integrates community-building with platform usability, enhancing overall engagement.
Designed new community logos and learning badges to boost branding and motivate learners by providing a structured way to track progress and encourage a sense of community. The badges comes in different sizes, top are simplified icons and bottom are NFT certificates.
